Payroll
Do you really mean "Free"?
Yes! That's exactly what we mean. If your payroll does not arrive perfect in every way, you don't pay for it. It's perfect payroll, guaranteed.

Is it a pain to switch payroll services?
No. Not with our SimplySwitch
™ program. We send a payroll expert out to you to collect all the information we need. After that meeting you don't have to do anything else! We setup everything for you and we can have you up and running in as little as 1 week.

How do you compare with the "other guys"?
We offer perfect payroll guaranteed, or it's free. There is no comparison.

Bookkeeping
I have a shoebox, that's all I need, right?
WRONG! If you think that you are getting all the deductions you qualify for by using a shoebox as your accounting system, you are very mistaken! We have shown many of our clients positive proof that they were missing out on valuable tax deductions by relying on the shoebox (or envelope, or suitcase) method.

Will this cost me a fortune?
Well... how much do you have? Just kidding. Most of the time, you will save far more money on the extra tax deductions we find for you than the service will ever cost. Usually you'll save thousands more.

What if my records are a mess?
No problem. Trust us. We've had records come in in moldy potato boxes, flea ridden cardboard cartons, and even refrigerator crisper drawers. You have nothing to be embarrassed about. We'll sort it all out, no matter what the condition. (we draw the line at nuclear contamination)

Tax Preparation
I just do my taxes myself, why do I need you?
Would you perform "minor" surgery on yourself? Say, just give yourself a few stitches? No? Well, tax law is far more confusing and difficult to understand than needle and thread. So why chance making a mistake and losing out on valuable tax deductions. Unless of course you like supporting the IRS...

What is an EA (Enrolled Agent)?
An EA is licensed with the IRS to represent tax payers in audit situations. In other words, an EA is a super tax specialist. EAs are required to have many hours of tax specific education. Many people think they need a CPA to do their taxes. Unfortunately, CPA stands for Certified Public Accountant, and they may or may not know anything about taxes. They are not required to take even a single hour of tax specific education. So, if you use a CPA, be sure you know where their specialty is.

What if I get audited?
As an EA I'm licensed to represent you in the case of an audit. You don't even have to come. So stay home and drink a cold one for me, okay?
